About Me

Me, my older son, Chris (U. Mich. '99), a former Microsoft computer engineer who now does his computer engineering in SF instead of Redmond, my younger son, Sam Wilder King II, who is working for RTI under contract with USAID in Baghdad, Iraq, bringing democratic ideals to the Middle East, and my husband Sam P.  King, Jr.

WE ARE ALL MCCAINIACS!!

With my father in law Judge Samuel P.  King, co-author of best selling "Broken Trust" & past chair of the Hawaii Republican Party & candidate for Governor in 1970.

My husband Sam & I will be married 34 years in October.  We are members of St.  Andrew's Episcopal Cathedral, downtown.  Our sons are 5th generation at St.  Andrews.

Can't forget our other 2 family members! That's Moku thanking me for taking him and his sister Pele to the beach along the Ka Iwi shore at Makapuu Point.  We can walk to Sandy Beach from our home in Kalama Valley.

That's me with my son, Sam Wilder King II next to Senator Mel Martinez, (R) Florida in DC.  Sam interned for the Senator after graduating from Georgetown School of Foreign Service 2006.  Sam, who spent his junior year at the American University in Cairo and backpacked solo all over the Middle East, can read, write and speak Arabic.

My husband and I have practiced law together as King and King for over 20 years. K & K focuses on family law issues (divorce, child custody & visitation), and criminal (federal & state) & DUI defense. I am the immediate past chair of the Family Law Section of the Hawaii State Bar Assn. and the founder and head of the Honolulu Family Court Professionals. I have lobbied extensively at the legislature to Save Honolulu Family Court and to create instead a separate judicial circuit in Kapolei for residents in Leeward and Central O'ahu.

Vote for Adrienne S.  King, Republican National Convention Delegate '08!
